Scale Counsel may collect information submitted through applications, onboarding forms, contact requests, attorney diligence materials, and operational support workflows. This can include attorney contact details, licensing information, practice area information, business entity details, and intake-related administrative information.
2. How We Use Information

Scale Counsel is not a law firm and does not claim privilege over communications by itself. We support partner attorneys with confidentiality-conscious administrative processes and handle sensitive information only for authorized operational purposes.
